2024-25 school year

Tuition and Fees:

The fees listed below are updated and accurate for the 2024-25 school year.

Registration - $75 per child

(This is a once-per-school-year, non-refundable fee and is separate from tuition)

Tuition - $400 per month per child for M-F after school care

Late Pay Fees - Tuition payments are due by the 5th of each month. Starting on the 6th, a $5 per day fee will be assessed to unpaid accounts unless someone has reached out and made an alternate payment arrangement with the directors.

August 2024 prorate -

  • $200 - with a start date of Aug 20 for after school care only

  • $400 - Enrolled after school families have the exclusive option to sign up for “spilled milk short camp!”

    • August 12 - 15, Monday through Thursday

    • 9 am - 4 pm

    • Fee includes a couple of field trips for each group, fun activities, and the cost for the rest of August after school care.

May 2025 tuition -

  • $340

  • $400 for families who will return in the following school year (includes registration fee).

Fun Days -  

  • Enrolled families - $65/day; $80/day (late sign up)

  • Drop-in families - $95/day; $110/day (late sign up)

  • Fun Day Late Pay Fees - Fun Day invoices must be paid absolutely no later than the day that care is provided. Any outstanding balances will be charged a $10 per day fee starting the day after care is initially provided.

Fun Days are optional full-day care offered on selected holidays. Families are only charged for the days for which they sign up. Check out the Fun Days page to get more info about the days when school is out and we're OPEN!

August 20, 2024 - May 23, 2024 OR August 12, 2024 - May 23, 2025

These dates are subject to change, in accordance with any potential changes to AISD’s calendar. See above “August prorate section” regarding date options.

  • May 26 - 30, 2025 - Memorial Day & staff development/summer camp preparation

Please make note that spilled milk social club is always closed for staff development during the last week of school. Thank you for your understanding.
